CONCLUSION:In this study, we conducted interviews with two Chinese teachers from distinct educational systems. These teachers showed varying approaches to teaching content and methodology. Public school teachers stick to more structured curricula and methods, focusing on students' mastery of specific knowledge points. In contrast, teachers from international schools emphasize internationalization, language proficiency, and a diverse curriculum. Despite these differences, both teachers demonstrate a shared commitment and responsible teaching, continuous self-improvement, and a deep passion for their profession.They are both excellent teachers,and as prospective teachers, this is what we should mimic as a tesol student
