Maintain diet and physical exercise encourage pt to keep a good hygiene
Long-term Goal
Stimulate patient's memory and attention with problem solving exercises and dynamics exercises to increase the communication and maintain social skills
Interventions
Talk with the pt, ambulate the pt, stimulate the pt to shower, to solve puzzles.
Pt education
educate patient to keep physical movements and stimulate pt to ambulate (gait, balance) because will help pt to avoid ischemia or future ulcer educate family (because pt could forget about them)
