      - Xerostomia- Question patients about the products used to alleviate tough side effect and suggest alternatives
      - Use caution in patient interactions
      - Ask patient why they're taking the antidepressant- could be for other reasons than depression
      - Increase motivation for good oral hygiene
      - Limit total amount of any potentially lethal drugs prescribed if pt is depressed
