Structure of a Report:
Have a title with the name of the tipoc, an intrduction stating the purpose and key points. Then the subheading, organizing the infromation into sections and finally a conclusion with a summerize recommendation.
Purpose
To present factual information, analyze a situation, and provide suggestions or recommendations.
Target Reader:
Always written for someone in a position of authority, for example a teacher or manager, so the tone must remain formal and respectful.
