Unethical Option: An unethical option could be to neglect data security protocols for cost-saving measures, risking user information, but making more money off of a profit.
My choice: I would choose the ethical option, as it is better in terms of preventing harm to individuals and their personal data and maintaining accountability among workers. This relates to utilitarianism, which suggests maximizing overall happiness and minimizing harm.
Ethical Option: An ethical option could be to proactively create robust security measures and protocols to protect personal data, thus installing an ethical identity and respect between workers and users.
