Physically: she could die or she may develop other health conditions such as diabetes and cancer which are also life threatening
Intellectually: she is missing work and school which means not having the value training hse needs as well as she is not having intellectually stmualtion conversations.
Socially: she may miss events with friends or colleague as she is care of being embarrassed as well as she may socially islate her self due to her low self-esteem.
Emotionally: she will suffer form low self-esteem and confidence. this may make her develop a mental health condition like depression
How will it help them
She will be able to grow her self-esteem and confidence as she will feel more comfortable in her body
She will develop a health relationship with food and we will be able to do regular exercise this will help to reduce the risk of health conditions.

Obesity is an increasingly common problem because the environment we live in makes it difficult for many people to eat healthily and do enough physical activity. But it may be mentallt cuase by stresss and binge eating.
Talia Wong, recently lost her husband Lennon to an on going fight with cancer. she daughters live hours away from her and her immediate family live in another country. due to the loss she has not been leaving her house and has began to binge eat as well as not eating. if you starve yourself you gain weight quicker but binge eating will cause her to gain alot of weight.

eat a balanced calorie-controlled diet as recommended by a GP or weight loss management health professional (such as a dietitian)
take up activities such as fast walking, jogging, swimming or tennis for 150 to 300 minutes (2.5 to 5 hours) a week
