The budget the customer would have/need is from £5-£25
Size
The spinner should be able to fit into one hand since its only really held in one hand when spinning
Performance
The spinner works to the required standards and can be improved by using different ball bearings to increase the speeds of the spin
Disposal
Materials used are recyclable since scrap metals can be molten down used again for different purposes. Some plastics are recyclable if disposed of properly.
Maintenance
Use cleaning solutions like material lubrication to stop materials from corroding
