Aim
To explore how to integrate cultural exchange into teaching.
Findings
Teaching in different cultural contexts presents challenges, but it also brings opportunities. This makes the role of teachers crucial in the process. According to interviews, teachers intentionally develop students' critical thinking skills. They use modern tools like AI and diverse teaching methods to help students understand various cultural backgrounds, fostering mutual respect and appreciation for cultural diversity.
Conclusion
With the impact of globalization on contemporary education, the challenges faced by teachers in various parts of the world have garnered increasing attention. This study aims to elucidate how different teaching methods affect students from diverse cultural backgrounds. Our find that teachers deliberately cultivate critical thinking skills in students and employ advanced tools to help them better understand and respect cultural diversity within different cultural contexts. To achieve this goal, we adopted a qualitative research approach, interviewing teachers from both public and international schools (Rose and Russ) to gain a broader perspective.
