        Need to ask: was injury to health via stress at work reasonably forseeable? As part of this, court should consider: 1. nature and extent of work done by employee and 2. signs from employee themselves
        
        2 presumptions apply: 1. Court stated an employer is generally entitled to assume an employee was up to the normal pressures of the job and 2. was entitled to take what an employee told it at face value
