Marketing Strat -> Target Market, 3 Differentiators, Your Process & Guarantee
Data
5 to 15 Numbers -> One person accountable for one number. -> Weekly Reports. [Everyone has a number, easily based off of the accountability chart]
Process
SYSTEMology, Output Thinking, Buy Back Your Time are paramount here.
Traction
You and your team meet every 90 days for a full day, review your vision and set rocks for the next 90 days.
3 to 7 Rocks.
Rocks must me Measurable & Attainable.
Each rock has to be assigned to ONE person on the leadership team.
Then the leadership comes up with their own rocks for their respective departments, also 3 to 7. -> Anything leftover can be throw into next quarter. AFTER ROCKS ARE SET WALLS GO UP -> NO MORE THINGS ADDED.

V/TO Issues -> Not important for this quarter, but must be stored
Weekly leadership team issues list
The departmental issues list - Also weekly but only for the given department.
The Issue Solving Track -> Identify, Discuss, Solve
Rank Issues based on Importance.
Spend a lot of time Identifying, remove emotions from solutions during discussions avoid tangents at all costs,
You can either live with an issue, end it or change it.
The solutions gets assigned to someone to execute on and is added to their To Do List.
Solve Personal Issues as well.
Everyone must be open & Honest.
People
Core Values + People Analyzer = Right People
When you are leveraging your Unique Ability, you're in the right seat.
Unique Ability + Accountability Chart = Right Seat
People Analyzer = Put + or - or +/- depending on the person exhibits the value of your company.
Visionary/Integrator -> Sales/Marketing, Operations & Finance
GWC -> Get it, want it, capability to do it,
They must have all three, no exceptions.
Simplify -> Delegate and Elevate -> Predict both Short & Long Term -> Systemize -> Structure of Company
