Usefulness
Atoms are too small to weigh out individually, but it is possible to weigh the mole of something
Because a mole of something always has the same number of atoms or molecules in it, we can weigh out equal numbers of different substances
Limiting Factors
This is simply when you have one reactant in excess. You usually do this to make sure that all of one reactant is used up and you maximise the yield
