patients may choose not to be on NIV

conditions like COPD, Congestive heart failure, T2 respiratory failure
Type 2 respiratory failure
Loss of CO2 drive, Relative hypoxia, Decrease in minute volume, Increase in arterial CO2 conc, Decrease in conscious level
