Plug In Fairy Lights & Tape Them Up On The Guest Central Booth
Place Out Connection Cards, Business Cards, Gift Boxes, Sharpies, Pens, And Name Tag Stickers
Also If You Want Extra Decoration, You Can Place The Extra Mini Welcome Signs
While People Enter Welcome Them, Ask For Their Names, And Write Their Names On The Name Tag Stickers (Do Your Best To Remember Their Names)
If It Is Their First Time, Have Them Fill Out A Connection Card With Their Information And Give Them A Gift Box
Make Sure To Give The Connection Cards To Jenn/Nykaela
Give New Guests A Tour/Rundown (snacks, tables, bathrooms, etc.) + Ask If They Have Any Questions
Before You Go Back To Guest Central, Introduce Gust To A Core Team Member So They Aren't Alone And Feel Welcomed
Repeat The Process, Welcoming Everyone And Handing Out Name Tags Until Countdown Is Over & It's Time To Be Seated

One Centerpiece Mat Per Table Including The Two Metal Back Tables.
One Plastic Vase With A Turned On Faux Candle + Mini 'Welcome Home' Sign Per Table (Not Including Metal Back Tables)
At Least 4 Pens Per Table And Distribute The Rest Evenly
On Snack Table, Put The Decorative Blanket Over The Table And Get Decorative Bowls From The Back
Get Snacks From The Back Room And Fill Decorative Bowls With Reasonable Amount Of Snacks
Get Medium Sized Cooler From Cafe Above The Sink and Fill With Ice
Get Sodas/Drinks From The Fridge In The Storage Room And Put In The Cooler On The Snack Table.
Get Mini Cups From The Storage Room And Place Next To The Water Dispenser
Remember To Place Back Extra Items Into The Storage Room (Guest Boxes, Leftover Sodas, Etc.)
Bring In All 4 Tables + Back Tables For Snacks, Guest Central, and Chair Racks
