Tools for farming, tools used to grow vegetables (shovels, watering cans, rakes, trimmers, tractors) this will help the learners identifying different types of tools and the use of each tool.

Vegetables does not only grow in the ground, but it can also grow in a planter. There are only a few vegetables that grow on a tree, most vegetables grow in the ground and not on a tree.
Preserving vegetables
According to Dyer (2022:11) Freezing is one of the easiest ways to preserve vegetables most vegetables can be frozen except for cabbage and potatoes because they become limp and waterlogged.
According to Dyer (2022:11) Vegetables can be stored for as long as 12 months as long as it is in a cool and clean location, vegetables suitable for storing is winter squash, potatoes and dry onions.
