Cheque Fraud
Criminals attempt to use fake, forged, stolen, altered and un-bankable cheques to pay for goods or services.
paper hanging - smb tries to write bad checks against accounts that they already know have been closed
Floating - smb writes a check when they know they don't have funds in their account, but then gains the check clearance system where checks take a few days to clear get access to goods and services, forgery.
