2. Quality Planning
Definition
Identifying relevant quality standards and how to achieve them.
Process
Ask, "What does quality look like for the customer?"
Plan specific actions, like testing planter durability in the Plant Pals project example.
How can i meet their expectations?
How will i determine if quality measure will lead to project success
3. Quality Assurance (QA)
Definition
Continuous evaluation throughout the project to ensure quality is on track.
Activities
Regular audits,
Stakeholder check-ins,
monitoring supplier progress.
4. Quality Control (QC)
Definition
Monitoring final results and addressing issues when quality standards aren’t met.
Example
Conduct walk-throughs to identify damaged planters and correct issues post-delivery.
