Measles:
Symptoms: Fever, cough, red skin rash.

HIV and AIDS:
Symptoms: Early flu-like symptoms, followed by immune system weakening over time (AIDS).
Transmission: Through bodily fluids (blood, semen, vaginal fluids) via sexual contact, shared needles, or from mother to child.
Prevention: Safe sex, use of sterile needles, antiretroviral drugs for prevention.
