Women who gained gained work experience during WWII were frustrated by expectations to stay at home.
Impacts

Hippie movement: Youth that dropped out of society and often travelled in buses and vans, refusing to work. Known for experimenting with drugs
Social developments: Youth started having their own culture (books, tv shows, magazines, etc.)
