Ischemic Stroke
Intravenous Thrombolysis: Administer tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) if within the treatment window (usually within 3-4.5 hours).
Mechanical Thrombectomy: Consider for large vessel occlusion, typically within 6-24 hours depending on the patient's condition.
