A thumbs down can show disappointment, disapproval and frustration to someone.
V sign
The v sign can show many two very different things based on if it’s the front or back one shows a swear used in war and the other peace.

The ok sign as its name suggests shows ok and agreement however in certain countries it can show the word 0
Anger
Angry people with clench their fists, position themselves in a the in a threating way, or breathing heavily. Finger pointing, clenched fist, raising voice, can be a sign was shown anger
Sadness
Sadness can be shown by crying or frown however certain gestures it uses can also be used in anger like pouting and frowning.
Happiness
We can tell when people are happy when they smile, often make eye contact, laugh, joke around and have fun.
Nervousness
We can tell when people are nervous when they're pacing, fidgeting (hand, feet) swaying, picking or biting their nails.
Fear
Fear can be shown by shivering or nervousness but also amence fear can cause someone to show gestures that sadness and nervousness would
