Research Review: Quality education
Cause of issue
Whether you are being affected because of financial issues, bullying or even teachers and role models not doing their job correctly
According to studies bullying is caused by 3 main reasons: bullying to fit in and make friends, problems with home life
This issue can also be caused if a student doesn't have the same clothing or equipment as another student
Children and young adults have been struggling in schools is because of mainly the parenting that they have been receiving
There are also many reasons that students can have difficulties that they personally can't control, this can consist of conditions such as asthma or other medical conditions that currently don't have a cure.
Background/ Information
Some of the UN goals focus in on the teaching level teachers are able to teach at in all types of schools
Between 2015 and 2021, there was an increase in worldwide primary school completion, lower secondary completion, and upper secondary completion
The UN focuses in on quality educations because many students have been struggling in recent years understand and fit in with other students in schools
Effects the issue has
Many sources I have looked at suggest that girls and young females often get judged when being put into education if the families are of a lower income class
South Sudan and Africa females often get set aside by the parents as the beliefs is that males will perform better in school and have a successful career
If the student is bullied it can cause a decline in student mental health which can have a major impact of the students life, mental health has seen a huge decrease in recent years
Facts and Statistics
According to the sources i have collected, to send a single child through primary school costs roughly £864.87 a year, which amounts to £18.69 per week
studies also show that 18% of parents in working class occupations were worried about affording general costs for their child, compared to only 11% of middle-class parents
Ensure all young adults and late teens have access to literacy and numeracy skills, ensure equal access for men and women and ensure the pricing is the same for all parties involved
Studies show that 64% parents are worried about their children and their wellbeing during the pandemic (Covid-19)
