Brief Questions
Does the theme of the designs have to stay within the restrictions of the Day of the Dead or can I include nonrelated Mexican themes? (alebrije)
The brief says 18-40 yrs old (licensed event) is it possible to have a kids area
Can I change the framing of 18-40 yrs old to over 18 it seems to feel excluding towards people over 40
Would I be organising the printing/placment for the designs this would significantly change my budget/Design fee

The Valley Fiesta is a "celebration of all things music" made with the teamwork of the Brisbane City Council and Qmusic located in the valley they are an annual event that will have free music with a large lineup of artists along with multiple stages playing at once.
