Find Motivations: I want efficient motives that will help me pursue and fulfill my passions and ambitions
I will find Motivations by questioning my ambitions, passions, and purposes.
This should be done within a few weeks through daily questioning of what I want in my life. Questions about what I want my future self to look like and what I like right now.
If I still cannot figure out my objective, I will turn to questioning other people's ambitions, purposes and passions. I will observe and ask their own and see if they resonate with me. I will ask my peers what they consider their purpose, ambitions, and passions and take them in mind If I connect to it
Beginning taking small baby steps to push me closer to my goals. Being closer to achieving something, will give me motivation to keep going

Try out "flow" to not lose any concentration and use at the first push to start progress which is needed to establish long term motivations

Improve my memory: My goal is to be able to memorize information, so I can do better academically
I will try out Word Substitution method by coming up with pictures that sound similar to the words I want to remember.

I will try out Kwik's suggestion of making associations with ideas that are already known to me with the new unknown word. It will help the new word become known since it is being related to a known word.

Improve my limiting beliefs: My goal is to have positive believes that help set me up for success from just believing I will succeed.
I will try to become aware of the times I tell myself these limiting beliefs and identify where this beliefs roots from.
Once identifying the roots of these beliefs, I will counter attack them with actual facts about myself that are true.
After coming to a rational state where I no longer believe in that limit belief, I will replace it with a better, positive one!

If the first method does not work out, I can instead try out more simpler methods like going on social media less, be more involved in positive settings, read positive and affirming messages that benefit self esteems.
