Alcohol, drugs, porn, nicotine

Alcohol Is like Cigs to me, I like them but Immediately know It's not serving me

Nicotine needs to be weened off and If you cant control It then you need to quit It. You cant allow the Nic to make you Impulsive towards everything else you struggle with controlling
Physical limitations, lack of purpose or plan, feeling stuck
My mentality of what I think some people think is cooll, worried what others think, the youve changed mentality
Create a flow chart or cheat sheet to pull you from the depths and get you back In the correct mindset to create benificial constructive decisions
Find a routine which sets you up for success, morning and night
