this performance indicator would suit aim 3 progression the best as it is easy to set goals with and could tell if there was progression within sports development
helps identify gaps and find opportunities to improve
Benchmarking are standards that are set by organisations to allow them to compare themselves against other organisations or national standards. it is to help sports development providers identify areas of strength and weakness.

Secondary Research - Active Lives Survey
secondary research is research that is taken off the internet or any other source that has been done by someone else.
this performance indicator would suit aim 1 participation and aim 2 inclusivity as we can use the active lives survey to see different groups and how many are participating
the only negative with secondary research is that its not completely reliable or relevant however it is quick to complete
Quality schemes
Quality schemes in sports are programs that help ensure that sports clubs and organizations are well-run and meet certain standards
progression aim 3 as it can be managed and checked every once in a while to ensure that facilities are up to date and allow progression
people can observe and check the standard of the clubs through checking if they have undergone a quality scheme
sport England's - club mark is a quality scheme that measures the success of the facilities and how they are run by checking and observing them
