wants
colors- black and silver to match her computer keyboard this will then not draw attention to her disability
she wants in to look nice so that she is more likely to buy the product so that it is aesthetically pleasing
she doesn't want anything that will draw attention to her disability because then she can focus more on work
-
needs
she still needs to work after her accident so that she can afford cost of living, therefore she needs to be able to complete tasks by the deadline
she needs to be comfortable whilst she is working because she has an office job which means that she has to sit at a computer all day
-
she needs to have access to the buttons and the roller on the mouse like before she had the accident.
initial thoughts
the client has an issue with her disability in that she cannot use a mouse easily, so my initial thoughts on this are that she must be able to do all the things that she would usually do on a mouse so therefore she wont be able to have a normal mouse like before as is will be too difficult to use.

she has an office job so she has to be comfortable as she is sitting at a desk behind a computer all day
background
she is a website designer for Adidas and Nike so her work will be seen by many people around the globe
she had two of her fingers removed that are closest to her thumb so this causes problems when using a computer mouse

summary
in conclusion she needs to be able to do all the things she could do before just as quickly and easily, so that she can meet deadlines for her work. She likes cycling and she enjoys her job so we want the product to satisfy her needs as a priority. And as many of her wants ass possible. For example the color of the product. The product should be comfortable and easy to use so that she can continue working with ease.
