If you run out of breath, your lines lose all their effect
When you breath, your Diaphram contracts and relaxes.
Warming Up Activity: Take in a deep breath-do NOT raise your shoulders! And make the sound of “sss” steadily until you run out of breath. Repeat 3 times.
