Slide 1. Show how little attention we have for each other**"Imagine this: You wake up in the morning, and the first thing you do—before even getting out of bed—is grab your phone. You scroll through notifications, check your messages, maybe spend a few minutes (or an hour) on social media. Now, imagine doing that every single day. The truth is, most of us already do.

But here’s the kicker: studies show that this habit rewires our brains, fuels anxiety, and steals hours of our lives every week. So, I have to ask—who’s really in control: you, or your phone?"**

But in some cases we are prioritizing technology over each other

Kids don't have time to be in a sports team or hang out with friends, because they are busy making homework, though they still find the time to spend 6 hours on their phone each day

Example of Spain and coming back, hearing that everyone is busy

Does it create lasting change?

People can maintain somewhat of a balance with their digital behavior, however everybody recognizes that they waste a lot of time that could be spent more intentional

Our normal amount of stimulation leads to a lack of rest/sleep

We are no longer used to boredome

I don't know

But it's nice to switch it up sometimes
