Concept 2: food security: the teacher will explain the word food security by using simple words such as available or enough. The teacher can tell the learners to imagine having a full fridge or having access to any kind of food that they want, being able to grow their vegetables, or having enough money to buy them from a market. After the entire scenario, the teacher can ask questions such as how would the learners feel if one day they woke up and did not have any breakfast prepared for them or if one day they could wake up and find out that all the grocery stores don't have anything to sell to them including seeds that they can use to grow their food.
