vitamin E & selenium
Selenium collaborates with Vitamin E to protect cell membranes from oxidative damage
- glutathione peroxidase decreases amount of free radicals
- as a result, less vitamin E is needed to reduce free radicals and more is available for other purposes in the body
Vitamin E & Vitamin C
Vitamin C restores oxidized Vitamin E, enabling it to maintain its role as an antioxidant
