You should relax and do something calming before going to sleep like reading a book, taking a nice hot bath/shower or listening to some soft music

Don’t use a elotronic device before going to sleep because the light from the screen will trick your brain into thinking it’s day time

Don’t go to bed to early and don’t wake up to late either because you will have to much energy making it so that you will have trouble falling asleep
