Utility: Functionality of the app includes a search engine for names, phone numbers, types of service and locations of service providers, etc
Accessibility: The application will over a diverse range of features including voice and speech options for visually impaired and shortcuts for emergency
Efficiency: The search engine will work quickly instantly displaying results once pressed search and be easily navigable
Safety: All the information provided is strictly for women and any information inputted will be stored confidentially in the data base
The user can create an account: user-name, phone-number, location, password, if they want to save information, but they can also use the app without one
Client reason
To help support women in Australia who are experiencing domestic violence
This application will allow a efficient and easily accessible way for women to access the information they need, without countlessly googling/researching
If the client knows what they are looking for they will easily be able to enter simple inputs that display the intended information
Women in need who are in emergency situations are also able to dial for the police + ambulance
The application will have the client location stored in case of emergencies if the user choses to delegate their personal information
Technical proposal
QLD Government is seeking a data-driven mobile application enabling women in need of support
Including social workers, healthcare providers, to easily access this vital information
Facilitate quick and intuitive access to the data, helping users locate and connect with appropriate support services throughout Australia
Generate a low fidelity prototype; and evaluate and refine the prototype

The data will be sourced from the Queensland Data base Attorney-General (n.d.)
The primary key will be NAME, TEXT
The organization of the table in the application will be layered out by name, service, website, address, suburb, state, phone number, category and hours
Pre-existing data/application that also contribute to helping women include the red rose foundation Admin (n.d.) and the white ribbon White Ribbon Australia (2024)
Constraints
Time: the developer will have 43 days to complete technical proposal
The developers ability to understand and conform to the clients expectations
