Goals
Short-term
S: Since I like looking at drawings from other people and what my friends have drawn, I want to get into drawing. I plan on taking some art courses in school and getting meds for my ADHD. M: Once I have more energy to get back into drawing, I will have achieved my goal. A: I talked to my advisor and made a plan for the future to get more art courses. I see the doctor on the 15th of October to discuss. I'm already on antidepressants right now. R: It is one of my priorities once I am medicated T: I got about November to pick my next classes, and the end of this year to see if the medication improves my executive dysfunction. :pen:
S: Since I've been suffering from depression and anxiety my whole life. I want to continue going to therapy and continue taking medication. M: Once I stop having panic attacks or intrusive thoughts from trauma, I will have achieved my goal. A: Right now, it is a perfect time to do therapy and to go to the doctor as my insurance pays for most of my psychiatry. R: I will continue going to Motlow in order to provide me an education that will better my mental health with more meaningful and less exploitive occupations. Motlow also provides me free therapy. T: I am going back to the doctor on the 15th of October to see how my depression has improved and treat my ADHD hopefully. :silhouette: (Mind)
S: Since I worry about my overall physical health. I want to exercise and meditate more often in my free-time outside of school and work. I also want to diet and eat more within my vegetarian values. M: Once I have lost a certain criteria of weight and have more energy, then I will have achieved a goal. A: It is possible because I have on-and-off lost weight and gotten fit. R: It is important so I can live a longer, more fulfilling life. T: I go to the doctor on the 15th of October for ADHD meds, and so once I have a break from schoolwork, I will exercise whenever in my free-time and do small Hindu push-ups in the morning to build up into bigger exercises. :silhouette: (Body)
S: I worry about me having less time to spend with my friend group outside of school and work. I want to get a lot of my work done so I have extra free time. M: Once I have a bunch of time to myself with nothing else planned to do or assignments that can wait, then I will have achieved my goal. A: It is possible because this Vyvanse I'm taking makes me addicted to doing schoolwork. I also only have two classes. R: It is important because my friendships are like my found family. T: Right now, I will work ahead on multiple projects so I have very little to worry about. :hearts: (Relationships)
S: I currently am talking to a person that I have a crush on. I plan to spend more time with this person, and get to know more things about them. M: Once I am able to ask them out, and get a full response of either "Yes" or "No", then I will achieve my goal and learn in what I need to do with another opportunity like this. A: I believe I can do this since the other person has expressed desire to spend time with me. R: Very important. I love this person a lot. T. I will chat with them everyday and see if they like me doing that, and pay attention to any more hints they give me in the future.. :hearts: (What to Build)
S: I am currently dealing with family issues, and trying to relax. I want to learn how to control my anxiety around them. M: If I continue to take my anti-anxiety meds, I should prevent having another breakdown. A I am sure I can do this because I have made appointments with doctors. R: I have been on meds for 3 weeks, and I seem to be doing better. T: I have about the 15th to talk to my psychiatrist and see what he recommends me. :<3: (Where I Came From)
S: I want to exercise soon and have more energy to get fit and pursue everyday chores or tasks without being tired all of the time. If I cut off caffeine and start taking my ADHD meds, I should have accomplished this goal. M: I will have achieved my goal once I am able to do chores and still have energy left at the end of the day. A: I have made an appointment to the doctor for ADHD. I try to avoid drinking coffee or tea a lot of the time to avoid burnout, and I try to sleep in early on my work days to avoid having to buy one. So, it is possible to achieve. I've taken a break from caffeine multiple times. R I think I might be able to have more energy after this is accomplished because most of my laziness and fatigue comes from executive dysfunction. So, it's important for every other goal of mine. T: My deadline, I'll make it that I at least get more fit in a year. :zap:

Long-term
S: I want to get into sculpting and building models, and I will do that once I have my own space. Once I have my own place with hopefully more money, I will get more into other art projects. M: It is possible because I have a bank account now and I can accumulate money over time. A: I do not have the money or the space to do this right now, so my best bet is get into it in the future. But it is possible afterwards. R: I'd like to take knack at it at least once in my life as I think looking at other people's creations is cool. T: I give this goal about 5-6 years before I am able to complete it. :pen:
S:Once I am on ADHD meds, I want to get into reading more literature and to study geography or Earth science more extensively. M: With meds; I will be able to focus more and not lose track of where I am in the books, or turn off my brain from daydreaming while reading to myself A: I am sure I can do this because I am passionate in storytelling and science, but I have trouble feeling stimulated all the time. R: The goal matters to me a lot because I want different hobbies to occupy time spent alone to myself. T: I give it at least 2-3 years. :silhouette: (Mind)
S: I want to shave my whole body and get laser surgery on my face because I do not like body hair, and I will do that when I have more money and I'm on stimulants for a while. M: It is possible because I used to shave my whole body regularly until I lost motivation and having money to get laser surgery will help me relax. A: I am sure I can do this if I have money. R: This matter to me because I hate how hairy my body is. T: I have about a year or two to complete this. :silhouette: (Body)
