An information document providing details to solutions that organizations can sell or pay for to provide information and resources.
Presents important policies from governments and other important legislation providers to the public.

There will be little consideration of a range of demographic groups, including their opinions and views.
Bias
Becoming subjected to believing truly in one idea and never strafing from that thought and being very prejudice.

This is information from only one view point.
it may include assumptions or interpretations of a topic which is rarely backed up by citations and evidence.
Examples can be media, blog posts that contain opinions or conjecture
Contexts
Examples: Academic papers, textbooks, specified products and more.
Problems can occur if contexts are not fully addressed as reliability and validity is important when information is required as it may quickly become irrelevant if it isn't understandable.
Intended Audiences
This is the targeted people that a product or service is aimed to serve. This means that technical and non-technical features must be heavily taken into consideration else the target wont be met.
