Family Issues:
Communication gap between parents and children. Children aren't comfortable enough to convey their emotions and their feelings or what they desire. Pressure from parents and parents forcing their children into some activity or decision.
Communication Issues:
Parents and children both tend to hide their feelings through which neither understands each other, causing conflicts. Should be open to each other and bond with each other.
Sometimes severity prevents children to open up to their parents. Family members should be less severe towards other members
Family should spend more bonding time together

Pressure:
Family shouldn't create unrealistic expectations
Shouldn't burden with a lot of responsibilities, should understand one other
Coercion & making decision:
Family should acknowledge decisions of kids or other members
No forcing kids to study and pursue some specific field regardless of their interest
Family should be open-minded towards other member's opinions, decisions and interest.
Romantic relationship issues:
issues in communication, expression, trust, insecurity between couples results in mental stress, physical stress, trauma, depression.

broken promises : partner should try to not break promises and he should also understand other situation
lack of transperency : partner should try to share experience which will close the gap and increase transperency in relationship

misunderstanding : have a pateint and calm approachin every issue so that misunderstanding is avoided .
lack of active listening : Make an effort to listen to your friend without interrupting. Show that you understand their perspective by summarizing what they’ve said before responding.
Communication Issues
Instead of blaming or accusing, express your feelings using "I" statements.
Keep your tone calm and respectful, even when discussing difficult topics
If a conversation becomes too heated, agree to take a break and revisit the topic when both of you havve had time to cool off

Friendship:
Distance communication effects how feelings are conveyed, further affecting the trust between friends. Furthermore, negative influence and conflicts and arguments can impact friendships and break them.

time zone differentiation : friends should decide a common time for conversations , so to increase the bond between them and be mindfull of each other time
difficulty in discussing serious topics : make an effort to understand the seriousness of issue and behave in attentive matter .
Negative influence
peer pressure : If a friend is encouraging unhealthy behaviors, discuss your feelings openly. Explain your reasons for wanting to stay away from those influences.
comparison and competition : friends should compare in a healthier way so that they can learn and grow
Disagreements
escalation : make an effort to be calm and patient as to avoid further escalation of the issues
poor listener : Make an effort to listen to your friend without interrupting. Show that you understand their perspective by summarizing what they’ve said before responding.
