I’m in favor of physical education and sports classes at school, and in fact, it’s quite common for colleges to have sports classes all year long. For example is not unusual for students to enjoy having physical education classes. I’m not surprised, because I used to love doing sport classes when I went to school. As well as, it has an evident benefit for students. Sport helps students improve their mood and control their emotions. Another trend is that, students learn to enjoy doing sports when doing physical education. I totally support sports classes at school.
