low neuroticism= emotional stability
what about other categories? why only restricted to 5? some people might be typically suited to a certain job but their ambition is to learn to become better in a different trait - therefore might apply for different jobs. different traits among gender and cultures, eg openess. Book says personalities change over time but do our personalities really change that much over our life times? check evidence
