The four-stroke Diesel engine
The Diesel engine was invented at the end of the 19th century as an alternative to the petrol engine
During the intake stroke, the piston moves down and only hair enters in the combustion enters
Then, the intake valve closes and the piston moves up to the TDC compressed the air.
As there is no fuel in the combustion chamber, the mechanism allows for a higher pressure
in a Diesel engine there aren’t spark plugs and the fuel
