In droughts, tadpoles can die since they need water to grow
Futhermore the inconsistent weather can signal to frogs to start breeding earlier. However, this leaves their eggs open to weather damage since it wan't the right time for them to breed which isn't good.
The rising temperatures ruins micro habits that frogs used to be able to live in since it becomes too dry for them.
