Germany: In the 1930s, Germany begin to rapidly expand their military productions and building up military personnel, a violation against Versailles. Although Germany was one of the most technically advanced in the world at the time, the lack of resources limited was a key weakness of Germany. And that Germany was able to sustain their resources by expansion of land (into the Caucasus of Russia), extracting oil from Romania, and before the invasion of Russia, entered Trade with the USSR, and entered ball bearing trade with neutral Sweden.
United States: By the end of the war, US factories had produced 300,000 planes, and by 1944 had produced 2/3 of the Allied military equipment used in the war
