PABCD
P; upright/semi reclining
A/B; activate EMS, proceed with basic life support
C; Monitor pulse, proceed with basic life support administer oxygen
D; administer nitroglycerin 0.4mg every 5 minutes up 3x
Monitor vitals
Administer aspirin 325mg chewed and absorbed in mouth
Signs of recovery
Pain lessens
Need for hospital still necessary
