Location: on page 6 it said flowing south word were two great rivers. east were two great rivers. the location of mesopotania was In the modern day iraq a ! s well as the parts of turkey,Syria, and iran. In the book it sates that"messopatania included cooler mountain regions in the north and reedfiled wetlands in the southeast(Steele 6)
The writing was used and valuable and was made out of clay. the clay is a color of Tan ish or brown and they mostly had a thing called reed stylist and was cut to make the wedge shape for the letters. "By around 3000bc the citizens of uruk used about 700 difrent simbols." (Steele 12)

They used pottery wheels and they made clay pots, useing their time making them and sculpting. they used bugs, plants, silk, water, and alavera sometimes to make the colors and schemes. They used a thing called a drop spindle, its is weighed to make it move to round up the silk. I know because the text said that the spindle is weighed and the silk gets sent to the person that makes the stuff out of silk. (Steele 29)

The ziggerat was mostly made out of brick and usaly they would put goods in the middle and hoped that the gods took it as a gift. the ziggerates are mostly in the middle of each little town. (Steele 24)
on pg 8 it said "that the Egyptians lived on the nile river banks."90% of the land was desert and was called the red land but most people lived a long the river.without the silk that fertlized the land they would not have any Egyptian cilvilization. (hart pg.8)
The scribes thought the kids to learn to read hyroglyphs and write. very few were acsepted to become readers or writers.

Their relion was based on the godest and they are pollythisistic. they believed if your heart was heavy then you had a bad life. but if your heart was light then they thought you go to heaven.(Hart pg.30)
Their way of archatecture is way different than ours. it consist of stone, limestone, and mud/concrete. they combined this all together and created the piramids.(Hart pg.20)
Their art is very small. in the text it said that they have small arts and is about the persons religon.Soon they put tuts room the smallest, we don't know why it is but we know it might be what he did. (Hart pg.10)
The government normaly lives in the top of the piramids. then he goes out in his cherryt. the goods of the pharoph is stored in his area. (Hart pg.66)
