Possible Complications
Heart attacks - Occurs when the blood supply to the heart is blocked causing the heart muscles to dies as they don't have enough oxygen.
Stroke - High blood pressure can lead to the arteries that send blood and oxygen to the brain to be blocked or burst. This can cause serious disabilities in speech, movement, etc, and eventually lead to death.

Damage important organs - Due to high blood pressure damaging blood vessels, the narrow and stiff blood vessels can cause serious damage to the heart, brain, kidney, and eyes.

Treatment
Blood pressure test - When taking a blood pressure test, a cuff around your upper arm will be inflated and measure the pressure in your blood vessels.
Medication - Medication can depend on factors such as how high your blood pressure is, your age and your ethnicity.
Physical activity - Doinging physcial activity for aroun 30 minutes a day 5 times a wekk can decrease bloood pressure.
Quitting smoking - Quitting smoking, if applicable, can decrease blood pressure.
