Romeo challenges power through crashes the party, metting Juliet and going into her gardens
Romeo challenges Tybalt by being the opposite of Tybalt (not angry and violent), however, it is quite hypocritical after everything he has done behind Tybalt's back
Romeo breaks the terms of his banishment to get back to Juliet, thinking she is dead
He breaks the laws of the Prince
Uses his power to keep secrets and lie to others
Romeo challenges the power of fate by going against the stars, despite his premonition, yet he blames them for the death of Juliet
He dishonoured Mercutio by repeatedly lying to him, leading to his death via Tybalt
Compare to Superbad/coming of age films e.g. Romeo's impulsive actions mirror that of McLovin'
