Create time for technology use and some for prayer time. This helps minimize the distractions during prayer time.

Be selective about the content you see online, focuse on trustworthy sources and avoid harmful or misleading information that could impact your beliefs.

Make effort to join face-to-face meetings and build personal relationships within your Christian community to strengthen support and fellowship.

Read and Reflect

Application

I will set aside a some time each day to focus on prayers and bible reading, away from digital interruptions. I will avoid using my phone or computer, allowing myself to engage with my faith without distractions.

Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us to trust in the Lord with all our heart and not lean on our own understanding, while Colossians 3:2 ask us to set our minds on things above, not on earthly things. These verses help balance technology and science with my faith by reminding me to prioritize my relationship with God over human knowledge and technology.
