Pox virus --> smooth, firm, dome shaped, flesh or pearly white papules w/ central umbilication, 2-5mm, most commonly on trunk & flexures. Can be asymptomatic or itchy, Self-limiting but contagious -- don't share towels/bedding. It usually resolves in 18 months. Could use 5% Imiquimod.
