Before start putting retaining wall blocks down we probably will have to fill in some little low spot dips here

Construction of the Next Course
Clean any debris off the top of the blocks.
Place the second course of blocks on top of the base course.
LIM YUN XIN
Compacting the modifier behind the wall and use a shale bar to compact the stone into cavities.
In front of the wall we went with the modified base and we're putting modified in this first row because where the placement of the drainage pipe is going to go.
Base Course
This is the most important step in the installation process. Bury the base course of block.
Place the blocks side by side, push against each other, and make sure the blocks are in full contact with the leveling pad. Level front to back and side to side.
Install Drainage
Place perforated drainage pipe at the base of the trench behind the retaining wall. This will help manage water pressure and prevent buildup behind the wall.
Start filling with 3 quarter clean stone up to the top of this course
Add first layer of geogrid
Continue Installation
Repeat the process, placing subsequent layers of geogrid and backfill material
Ensure that each layer is properly aligned and compacted.
We got our filter fabric laid out and we're getting our dirt put down on top of it this will keep the soil seperated from the drainage zone
prevent the dirt from washing down into the stone and potentially clogging the drainage behind the wall
Finishing Touches
Install Capstones
If using modular blocks, place capstones or coping stones on top of the wall. Secure them with adhesive or mortar.
Final Inspection
Inspect the Wall
Check for any signs of instability or unevenness. Make any necessary adjustments.
