Discrimination Def:Treating someone less favorably based on attributes such as race, religious beliefs, disability or age.
Direct discrimination: Assumption made about what a person can, cannot do based of personal characteristic, attribute.

Indirect discrimination: Rule or policy thats the same for everyone, but is unfair to people with specific attribute, quality.
Eg:Comapny policy state all employees must work full time to get promotion, but people who like part time due to family time are then indirectly discriminated/
Example of discrimination law: Charter of
Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006:Everyone has equal rights, enjoy them without discrimination.
