Who's our customer?
Everyone, Less on enterprise. People who need our services and our marketplace.

Cons
Depending on the business model the idea of vendor-lock-in, isn't attractive, even to myself.
Possible solutions
We sell an initial buy-in fee of let's say $500 dollars, and to continue to get updates, it's a subscription fee of 100. If the user cancels, they'll have to have a buy-in fee again
The difference here is that if we sell a seats, and people don't want to pay because we upcharged too much, there's the sense of vendor-lock in again. You don't fully own your project.
We make it clear that Fluxscape Enterprise is focused on building features for enterprise customers, but we also have our open source release and there's about a X month 'lag' in between the release
The idea of feature customized forks will come to more apparant as high dollar payers can be more demanding. In some sense this can be a con.

Pros
No one can steal our features, there's no longer a sense of someone will just 'steal' our work. Aka Richard. However, i'd take such attempts still with a grain of salt. One would have to have determination and a skilled team on their hand to introduce any real competition.

Focus would have to be on services.& ecosystem building as other means of business models are limited.
