- - - - Change/ pluck out the flash of device & weld to another working mainboard to see if the flash is dead or not
        
        If the flash still working: change new motherboard & confirm free-warranty for Viettel
        
        If the flash is dead, confirmed free-warranty for Viettel & agreed that they will count & record this SN towards the defect percentage of contract (1.71%)
- - - - If SN changed: Viettel will count & record this SN towards the defect percentage of contract (1.71%)
      - If SN not changed: Viettel will NOT count & record this SN towards the defect percentage of contract (1.71%)
- - - - Device is dead wifi, pluck out the wifi board measure the feet to see if its short-circuited
        
        If its short-curcuited: change new wifi board
        
        If its only dead feet: re-apply or weld the feet as new & try again
- - - - Change the power supply board or supply cable
        
        Device back to life: transfer to rerpair services with charge
        or free-warranty to avoid being record to towards the contract defect rate of 1.71%
